If you are ordering using a contract, you will need to provide your contract number and IP Serial number of the device the part is being ordered for. You can also provide your product number and its serial number to automatically bring up your IP serial number.
If you are placing a warranty order, you will need to provide additional information on the equipment under warranty. Similarly to contract ordering, you can provide your product number and its serial number to automatically bring up the equipment number.
Additionally, medical device regulations require manufacturers to record a support case for every product malfunction. Any items you intend to order to repair an existing broken or malfunctioning product should be registered as a support case with Philips.
